In 2057, men flock to underground gladiator rings to bet on scantily-clad, doped-up women battling in grisly death matches.

Welcome to Catfighting, America’s favorite bloodsport.

Prizefighter Sadie the Savage wants out. She and her trainer-turned-secret-lover, Barb the Barbarian, have been plotting their escape. But after getting caught, they are punished with the unthinkable: the two are thrown into the ring to fight until only one leaves victorious.

Directed by Ariel Sinelnikoff and co-written by Sinelnikoff with Sarah Mahan, Catfight is a short action-thriller MFA thesis film at the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema - Brooklyn College. The film is currently in the festival circuit.
